Sales Officer (SO)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 30 years old as of 30 October 2014.
  • Minimum D3 (attached legalized copies of diploma and transcript).
  • Min 1 year experience in micro-banking, the sale of banking products and financial institutions.
  • Have a good selling and negotiation skills.
  • Target oriented.
Relationship Officer (RO)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 30 years old as of 30 October 2014.
  • Minimum D3 (attached legalized copies of diploma and transcript).
  • Min 1 year experience in selling the products of banking, financial institution or as marketing consumer good.
  • Preferably experienced as collector or account maintenance in financial institutions.
  • Have a good collection and negotiation skills.
  • Target oriented.
Credit Officer (CO)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old as of 30 October 2014.
  • Minimum D3 (attached legalized copies of diploma and transcript).
  • Min 1 year experience in selling the products of banking, financial institution or as marketing consumer good.
  • Preferably experienced as credit analyst in micro banking.
  • Have a good analysis of micro banking and risk mitigation skills.
Area Credit Officer (ACO)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old as of 30 October 2014.
  • Minimum S1 (attached legalized copies of diploma and transcript).
  • Min 1 year experience in selling the products of banking, financial institution or as marketing consumer good.
  • Preferably experienced as micro credit analyst at least 2 years.
  • Have a good analysis of micro banking and risk mitigation skills.
  • Have a good leadership skill.
Personal Internal Control (PIC)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old as of 30 October 2014.
  • Minimum S1 (attached legalized copies of diploma and transcript).
  • Min 4 years of working experience in the field of internal audit, preferably in micro banking.
  • Able to make measurement and monitoring tools toward micro-credit process and internal control.
  • Have strong leadership, high integrity.
  • Able to work with the pressure and target oriented.
Area Relationship & Collection Order (ARCO)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old as of 30 October 2014.
  • Minimum D3 (attached legalized copies of diploma and transcript).
  • Preferably experienced in banking or financial institution at least 3 years, particularly in the field of collection.
  • Have a good collection skill.
  • Have a good negotiation account maintenance skill.
  • Have a good leadership skill.
Unit Head (UH)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 40 years old as of 30 October 2014.
  • Minimum S1 (attached legalized copies of diploma and transcript).
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as credit officer and managing working unit.
  • Able to analyze micro banking.
  • Skilled to see the potential market.
  • Have s strong leadership and good integrity.
Mikro Area Manager (MAM)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 40 years old as of 30 October 2014.
  • Minimum S1 (attached legalized copies of diploma and transcript).
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Unit Head or Micro Credit Unit Manager.
  • Able to analyze micro banking.
  • Have a good sales, collection and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with micro segment characteristics.
Area Support (AS)

Requirements
  • Maximum age of 35 years old as of 30 October 2014.
  • Minimum D3 (attached legalized copies of diploma and transcript).
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the field of micro banking administration.
  • Have a good administration skills.
  • Have working spirit, rigorous, discipline and honest.
General Requirements
  1. Male.
  2. Have own motor cycle and driving license/SIM C (proof of ownership).
  3. Able to work under pressure with the target system.
