Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia - Kemsos (formerly known as The Department of Social Affairs or Departemen Sosial/Depsos) is the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The Ministry of Social Affairs is the Indonesian ministry which oversees the social affairs with main duty in performing government duties in social affairs. The Ministry is domiciled in Jakarta and its head office is located at Jl Salemba Raya No. 28 Jakarta 10430. The Ministry was lead by the Minister of Social Affairs (Mensos). Since 22 October 2009, Salim Assegaf Al Jufri was appointed by the President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as the Minister of Social Affairs. He is assisted by 1 Secretariat General, 1 Inspectorate General, 1 Agency and 3 directorates.

Due to strengthen its team, Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia through Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

Manajer UPKH

Requirements
  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with maximum age of 50 years old.
  • Familiar with Open office and internet applications.
  • Not served as a board of political parties
  • Minimum S1 (preferably S2) from any discipline, preferably social welfare
  • At least 5 years of managerial / structural experience and managing multiple tasks and functions of various parts of the task.
  • Preferably experienced at least 5 years in the field of social.
  • Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Koordinator Divisi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) PKH

Requirements
  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with maximum age of 47 years old.
  • Familiar with Open office and internet applications.
  • Not served as a board of political parties
  • Minimum S1 in Information Management, Informatics Technology.
  • At least 3 years of managerial/structural experience and managing multiple work units.
  • Preferably experienced at least 3 years in the same field.
Koordinator Divisi Implementasi Lapangan

Requirements
  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with maximum age of 50 years old.
  • Familiar with Open office and internet applications.
  • Not served as a board of political parties
  • Minimum S1 all majors, preferably from Social Science and Social Welfare.
  • At least 5 years of managerial/structural experience and managing multiple work units.
  • Preferably experienced at least 3 years in the relevant field.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably attended training on Guidance and Counseling.
Koordinator Divisi Monitoring, Evaluasi dan Sistem Pengaduan Masyarakat (SPM)

Requirements

  • Minimum S1 all majors, preferably from Social Science and Social Welfare.

Requirements

  • Good looking.
  • Familiar with Open office and internet applications.

  • Minimum S1 majoring in Communication Studies and Social Marketing.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the field of communication and social marketing.
  • Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written.
  • Preferably attended training on Presentation Techniques.
Staf Administrasi Pengembangan SDM

Requirements
  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Familiar with Open office and internet applications.
  • Not served as a board of political parties.
  • Minimum S1 all majors, preferably majoring in Psychology, Management.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the field of administration and HR development.
  • Preferably attended training on HR Management.
Staf Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa

Requirements
  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with maximum age of 35 years old.
  • Familiar with Open office and internet applications.
  • Not served as a board of political parties.
  • Minimum D3 all majors.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the field of goods and services procurement.
  • Have a certificate of Procurement.
Programmer

Requirements
  • Minimum mastering at least 1 of the programming languages​​: Java or PHP.
  • Mastering at least 1 of the concept of PHP and JAVA Framework as a whole.
  • Excellent programming skills using PHP and JAVA
  • Able to express concepts and ideas both orally and writing.
  • Familiar with UI Usability Architecture and Design.
  • Familiar with Object Oriented Concept and Object Oriented Programming (Class, Object, Method, Message Parsing, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Encapsulation, Abstraction).
  • Understand the concept of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Understand the concept of Versioning with tools such as Subversion, CVS, or Source Safe.
Administrator Database

Requirements
  • Mastering PL / SQL Oracle Database script.
  • Mastering Transact-SQL Sybase Database script.
  • Mastering the RDBMS Sybase ASE 15 and Oracle 10g Database Administration.
  • Mastering Sybase Replication Server 15.x Administrator.
  • Mastering tools and tuning Sybase ASE and Oracle databases.
  • Master database backup method in various media.
  • Understand multiple OS platforms AIX, Solaris and Linux.
  • Understand the RAC, Data Guard, Streams, Datawarehouse, Replication will be an advantage.
  • Had attended training of Oracle Performance Tuning, SQL Tuning, and Backup / Revocery will be an advantage.
  • Had attended training of Sybase ASE Performance Tuning, SQL Tuning, and Backup / Revocery will be an advantage.
  • Experienced in large scale database processing.
Administrator Jaringan

Requirements
  • Mastering the concepts and are able to implement TCP / IP and Network WAN / VPN-MPLS / OpenVPN.
  • Mastering the concepts and are able to implement routing, switching and security network.
  • Mastering Cisco network devices (Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Modem).
Data Analis

Requirements
  • Mastering Data processing using a spreadsheet or similar.
  • Preferably familiar with data processing using RDBMS.
  • Preferably familiar with PL / SQL and Transact-SQL.
  • Preferably familiar with RDBMS concepts.
