PT Reska Multi Usaha - RMU is a subsidiary company of state-owned railways operator PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) engaged in the business of restoration (Restaurant), Catering, Parking, Cleaning Service, and General Trading. As of December 2013, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) owned 95.01% shares in PT Reska Multi Usaha, while the remaining 4.99% was owned by Yayasan Pusaka. PT Reska Multi Usaha was first established in 2003 as PT Restoran Kereta Api (PT RESKA). In 2010, PT Restoran Kereta Api  was transformed into PT Reska Multi Usaha. The Company is based in Bandung West Java and supported by 5 area offices and 7 land kitchens spread in all over Indonesia. According to PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Annual Report 2013 as quoted by JobsCDC.com, PT Reska Multi Usaha booked Rp 8.36 billion in total net profit in 2013, up 310 percent from Rp 2.70 billion in 2012.

Sous Chef

Requirements

• Aged not more than 40 years as of A1 August 2014.
• Preferably have D3 diploma in Hospitality / Culinary.
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position in Hotel / Restaurant / Catering. 
• Willing to be placed in all working units of RMU.
• Have creativity, able to work in a team and are ready to accept the challenge.

Chef de Partie

Requirements

• Aged not more than 35 years as of 1 August 2014.
• Preferably have D3 diploma in Hospitality / Culinary
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position in Hotel / Restaurant / Catering.
• Willing to be placed in all working units of RMU.
• Have creativity, able to work in a team and are ready to accept the challenge.

Cook

Requirements

• Aged not more than 40 years as of 1 August 2014.
• Preferably have High School or D3 diploma in Hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position in Hotel / Restaurant / Catering. 
• Willing to be placed in all working units of RMU.
• Have creativity, able to work in a team and are ready to accept the challenge.

Documents required

1. Curiculum vitae, lists working experience up to this time;
2. Certificates of expertise;
3. Legalized copies of SMA/D3 diploma and transcripts;
4. Working reference;
5. Copy of valid Identity Card (KTP);
6. Color photographs.
