PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) - Pelindo IV or more popularly called as Inaport 4 is a state-owned ports operator in Eastern Parts of Indonesia (Sulawesi, Maluku, Papua, and East Kalimantan). The Company was offically incorporated in 1992 based on Government Regulation No 59 Year 1991. Inaport 4 headquartered in Makassar South Sulawesi and operates 22 branches, 3 Port Service Units (UPK), 2 container terminals, and 2 sub ports throughout Eastern part of Indonesia. Inaport 4 also supported by 3 affiliates, namely PT Kaltim Kariangau Terminal, PT Pelabuhan Samudera Palaran, and PT Equiport Inti Indonesia. According to Inaport 4's 2012 Annual Report as cited by JobsCDC.com, The Company recorded 32.6% increase in total revenue from Rp1.08 trillion in 2011 to Rp 1.43 trillion in 2012.

General Requirements
- Education minimum ANT-I, ANT-II, ANT-III.
- Age as of 1 May 2014
- ANT-I : maximum age 40 years old.
- ANT-II : maximum age 38 years old.
- ANT-III : maximum age 36 years old.
- At least 3 years of experience (preferably as a captain on a ship).
- Minimum height of 162 cm.
- Not color blind, no glassess (soft lens) and no eye defects.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- No tattoed and pearcing (earing).
- Willing to be placed in all working area of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)
- Willing to follow the "Pandu" education program - batch XXXVII 2014/2015.

- Legalized copy of sea diploma.
- Copy of birth certificate (akte lahir).
- Copy of Seafarers Skills Certificate.
- Copy of Sailor Book.
- Description of sailing time from port harbor as captain at least 3 years.
- Police Records (SKCK).
- Recent color photograph 3x4 cm (3 pieces, with blue background and wearing long sleeve white dress, and tie).
