PT Kaltim Prima Coal - KPC is East Kutai Kalimantan based coal mining company with a total 44.26 million tons of coal production in 2012. The Company is an integral part of Indonesia's largest coal miner PT Bumi Resources Tbk. KPC manages 90,938 hectares of mining concessions area in Sangatta and Bengalon East Kalimantan. At present, PT Kaltim Prima Coal employs 5,135 employees with 74.5% of employees were locally recruited from Sangatta and Bengalon. KPC booked an increase in its operational performance in 2012, according to KPC's latest performance report as cited by JobsCDC.com. In 2012, KPC’s total coal production reported 8.03 % up, from 40,976,445 tons in 2011 to 44,265,815 tons in 2012. Graduate Development Program 2014

• Graduate - Control (GDP CONTROL)
• Graduate - Civil (GDP CIVIL)

General Requirements

• Hold and S1/S2 degree in Physics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Instrumentation (GDP CONTROL), Civil Engineering (GDP CIVIL)
• Not older than 25 years (S1) or 28 years (S2) of age in the year of admittance
• Possess a minimum comulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale (S1) or 3.25 on a 4.00 grade scale (S2)
• Proficient in English (minimum an Intermediate level)
