Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Perdesaan - PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan or known as PNPM-Mpd or (PNPM Rural) is the community-based empowerment program in Indonesia with main tasks to alleviate the poverty in Indonesia. PNPM-Mpd are chosen and designed by communities at district level. PNPM Mandiri, first introduced in 2007 at Palu Central Sulawesi. PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan was formed to supports the working area of ​​the PNPM Mandiri and its targets are rural communities. The Programs focuses on providing financial aid to various community-based programs that aim to alleviate the poverty of its members. PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan is recognized as the largest poverty reduction programs in the world based on community empowerment. At present, PNPM Rural was implemented in approximately 60,000 villages nationwide. 

Due to strengthen its team, PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions (to be stationed in West Java)

Fasilitator Kabupaten - Pengguliran & Pengembangan Usaha (F-PPU)

Requirements

• D3/S1 from all majors (preferably from Economics)
• Have relevant experience at least 6 years (S1) or 8 years (D3)
• Experienced in financial management and management of savings and loan
• Preferable have background in rural economic empowerment, strengthening and development of micro-lending networks
• Understand how to facilitate business development, financial administration (balance sheet, profit / loss), statement of financial health and lending
• Understand the principles and procedures for managing microfinance institutions/savings and loan/BPR and related institutions
• Maximum age 60 years old

Fasilitator Kecamatan Pemberdayaan (FK)

Requirements

• D3/S1 from all education majors
• Have relevant experience at least 3 years (S1) or 5 years (D3)

Fasilitator Kecamatan Teknik (FT)

Requirements

• Min S1 Civil Engineering (Fresh graduate) or D3 Civil Engineering with 3 years relevant experience in program / ​​project development in the planning & implementation of infrastructure (buildings, bridges, roads, SAB)

General Requirements

• Have a good knowledge of local culture and customs and able to speak local language at placement area
• Willing to be stationed in West Java area
• Have a personal vehicle and SIM C
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet
• Maximum age 45 years old
