Due to facing fast business growth and expanding of business across Indonesia, PT Rekayasa Industri are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

LNG Specialist

Requirements
  • The Specialist shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in related Engineering discipline.
  • The shall have a minimum of 20 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry and worked on at least 10 conceptual "Select" design projects (onshore/LNG/gas processing).
  • The role of the Specialist is to have the expertise in process design, detailed engineering design and project execution.
  • The role of the LNG specialist shall have the expertise in LNG liquefaction process design, detailed engineering design and project execution: The Specialist shall have a minimum of 20 years experiences in the Oil and Gas industry and worked on at least 10 conceptual "Select" design projects (onshore/LNG/gas processing) in various locations and at least 5 conceptual design LNG projects in various locations.
Engineering Specialist

Requirements
  • The Specialist shall have a bachelor of engineering degree (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil).
  • The Specialist shall have a minimum of 20 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry and worked on at least 10 conceptual "Select" design projects (onshore/LNG/gas processing).
  • The role of the Specialist is to have the expertise in process design, detailed engineering design and project execution.
  • The candidates shall have a detailed knowledge of the industry International codes and standards related to their specific duties.
  • The Specialist for process, mechanical, rotating equipment and piping shall have experience in design and/or operation of LNG plant or equal complexity.
Engineering Manager

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in their discipline or a related discipline (Chemical/Mechanical/Civil).
  • The Engineering Manager shall have a minimum of 20 years experience including at least 10 years of gas/hydrocarbon facilities FEED and detail design, 5 years of engineering management experience on multi millions dollar project execution and shall have relevant LNG experience, or equal complexity, in a similar role.
  • The Engineering Manager shall have experience in executing major projects at the FEED and detail design stages; shall be responsible for the effective design effort and coordination of the discipline engineering, and all designs comply with the requirements of the WORK and the designs comply with safe and reasonable standards as accepted within the gas industry.
  • The Engineering Manager shall also function as the alternate to the Project Manager in the event of the Project Manager’s absence.
HSSE Specialist

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in related Engineering discipline.
  • The Specialist shall have a minimum of 20 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry and worked on at least 10 conceptual "Select" design projects (onshore/LNG/gas processing).
  • The role of the Specialist is to have the expertise in process design, detailed engineering design and project execution.
  • The role of the HSE Specialist is to develop the HSSE Management Plan, HSSE Philosophy and Targets, Safety Standards, Safety Case and to ensure that the project meets or exceeds the health and safety aspects of COMPANY HSE expectations. He/she shall challenge the design during all phases of the project, liase between the discipline teams, coach the team members on HSE issues, monitor and audit HSE performance, and implement continuous improvement/ apply lessons learnt.
  • The HSE Specialist shall have previous experience conducting and leading formal HSE assessments, leading HSE workshops, development of HSE Plan, and setting performance standards. The HSE Specialist shall have extensive field experiences in particular during EXECUTE Stage and shall have a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and regulations.
  • The HSE Specialist should have sufficient environmental experience to cover any environmental issues, which may arise.
Project Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in their discipline or a related discipline (Chemical/Mechanical/Civil).
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 10 years experiences.
  • The Onshore Project Engineer shall have experience in integration and interfaces of engineering disciplines, project cost and scheduling, quality management of engineering, procurement and construction, project procurement processes and requirements, constructability practices, process and construction safety practices, and general operating procedures and philosophies. Familiarity with gas industry codes and standards and industry technical software is required. Experience in a brown field projects and tie-ins to existing facilities is required.
  • The candidates shall have a detailed knowledge of the industry International codes and standards related to their specific duties.
Project Control/Planner

Requirements
  • The Project Scheduling and Control Engineer shall have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering related field or a Construction Management degree and have applicable experience in the project control of major oil and gas production projects, for this position, Bachelor of Engineering degree is preferable.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Project Control/Planner in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Project Scheduling and Control Engineer shall have a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and shall have been the principle engineer responsible for the control of more than one other similar project.
  • The Project Scheduling and Control Engineer shall be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of resources and activity durations on construction projects. This individual shall be qualified as an advanced user of Primavera Software as this will be the required schedule / planning tool for this CONTRACT.
Cost Control/Estimating

Requirements
  • The Cost Control/Estimating Engineer shall have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering related field or a Construction Management Degree applicable experience in the cost and cash control and estimating of major offshore oil and gas production platform projects. For this title, Bachelor of Engineering degree is preferable.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Cost Control/Estimating in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Cost Control/Estimating Engineer shall have experience as a principal person responsible for the cost estimating, control of costs and cash flow on more than one other similar project. Credentials in cost estimating from a well recognised institution will be a plus.
Process Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Process Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • Process Engineers shall have deep experience in Heat and Material Balance development (HMB), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD), Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), preparation of calculations and process simulations [HYSIS], preparation of process data sheets for equipment and instrumentation, and operating procedures and philosophies. Experience with rating process equipment and utility systems is required. It will also be essential to have a strong competency in all aspects of process design safety and in particular the development of flare, relief and blow-down systems. Senior Process Engineers shall have LNG experience; extensive LNG design experience is required for the Lead Process position.
  • Process Engineers shall be fully conversant with the applicable International codes and standards appropriate to their speciality.
Environmental Engineer

Requirements
  • The environmental engineer shall have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering related field.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as an Enviromental Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Environmental Engineer shall have experience in Environmental works in the major Project, interfaces of engineering disciplines, and construction, safety practices, and general operating procedures and philosophies. Experience in Environmental codes and standard is required. Familiarity with gas industry codes and standards and industry is desirable.
Instrument/Control Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Instrument and Control or Physics Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Instrument/Control Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Instrument/Control Engineer shall have experience in design of control systems, DCS/SIS systems, instrument specifications and data sheets, instrumentation philosophies for process control and monitoring systems, emergency shutdown systems, fire and gas systems, safety instrumented systems, pressure relief systems, advanced process control optimisation, and cabling and wiring installations and Process Control Networks.
  • The Instrument/Control Engineer shall have good knowledge of Instrumentation installations such as field equipment i.e. Pressure Transmitters, DP Transmitters for Flow and Level, Flow Meter and Control Valve sizing. Experience with tie-ins to existing facilities including Hot Cutover is required.
  • The Instrument/Control Engineer shall have experience with instrument and control design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards. Experience with Yokogawa Centum CS 3000 and ProSafe RS systems will be a plus.
  • The Instrument/Control Engineer will have participated in HAZOP’s/CHAZOP and IL assessments using the LOPA method and will be able to carry out SIL Verifications.
  • The Instrument/control Engineer will also be familiar with Safety System codes such as IEC61508/IEC61511
Electrical Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Electrical Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Electrical Engineer shall have experience in design of power generation, distribution systems and substations, lighting systems, switch gear and UPS sizing, and short circuit analysis for onshore and offshore gas production facilities. Experience with tie-ins to existing facilities is required. Extensive experience with design and procurement of HV generation switchgear and distribution systems (11/33 kV) is required. Design experience in FEED and Detail design is required, experience through construction and commissioning or operations is a plus.
  • The Electrical Engineer shall have experience with electrical design in accordance with the applicable International codes and standards.
Telecommunication Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Telecommunication Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Telecommunication Engineer shall have experience in design of telecommunication systems, telecommunication specifications and data sheets. Good knowledge of Telecommunication installations is required.
  • The Telecommunication Engineer shall have experience with telecommunication design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Process Safety Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Process Safety Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Process Safety Engineer shall have experience with the items described for Process Engineers plus HAZOP/HAZID, QRA/ALARP, inherently safe design, SIL ratings, pressure relief systems, fire and gas detection systems, fire fighting systems, risk studies and mitigation plans, integrity management, FLACS model for fire and explosion studies and other risk reduction studies.
  • The Process Safety Engineer shall have experience with process safety design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Mechanical Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanical engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Mechanical Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Mechanical Engineer shall have experience in equipment layouts, equipment specifications and data sheets of major stationary mechanical equipment such as finger type slug catchers, pressure vessels, boilers, steam systems, heat exchangers, tanks, separation columns, etc. Experience with material selection for cryogenic equipment and piping is required. Experience with tie-ins to existing facilities is required. Experience with rating utility equipment is also required.
  • The Mechanical Engineer shall have experience with mechanical design in accordance with the International applicable codes and standards.
Rotating Equipment Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Mechanical Engineer (Rotating Equipment ) in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Rotating Equipment Engineer shall have experience in equipment layouts, equipment specifications and data sheets of major rotating equipment such as gas turbines, steam turbines, turbo-expanders, blowers/fans, compressors and pumps packages. Experience with machinery interfaces and utility requirement is also required.
  • The Rotating Equipment Engineer shall have experience with machinery design in accordance with the applicable International codes and standards.
Package Equipment Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Mechanical Engineer (Package Equipment ) in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Package Equipment Engineer shall have experience in package equipment layouts, package equipment specifications and data sheets. Experience with machinery, piping, electrical and instrument interfaces and utility requirement is also required.
  • The Package Equipment Engineer shall have experience with Package Equipment design in accordance with the applicable International codes and standards.
Piping Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Piping Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Piping Engineer shall have experience in piping specifications and material selection, valve selection and data sheet preparation, piping layout, piping general arrangements and elevations, isometrics, and stress analysis of critical lines. Experience with 3D models is essential. Experience with tie-ins to existing facilities and equipment isolation is required.
  • The Piping Engineer shall have experience with piping design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Civil / Structural /Building Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Civil Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • For the design of onshore facilities, the Civil / Structural Engineer shall have experience in interpretation of soils data, foundation design for onshore facilities (both shallow and deep foundations), design of pipe racks, design of buildings and roads, preparation for heavy lifts, design of drainage and sewers, soil erosion protection and slope stability, design of earth retaining structures, structural design concepts, knowledge of relevant codes, standards and specifications, and structural analysis and design of both steel and concrete onshore structures.
Geotechnical Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Civil Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Geotechnical Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Geotechnical Engineer role shall include, but not be limited to, the preparation of all design documents relevant to geotechnical engineering required for the Tangguh LNG Expansion Project.
  • The Geotechnical Engineer responsibilities include but are not limited to review and interpretation of geotechnical survey data, provide geotechnical engineering inputs to relevant design, update of engineering DELIVERABLES which include detailed calculations, engineering reports, drawings, philosophies.
  • The geotechnical engineering shall be specified and designed in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
  • The Geotechnical Engineer shall be degree educated in a geotechnical or civil engineering related subject with relevant experience in offshore, nearshore and onshore engineering discipline. This experience shall include the interpretation of acquired soils and survey data for engineering applications such as pipeline routing, construction and equipment requirements and limitations, shore approach selection, suitability of rock types as engineered backfill, soil liquefaction and seismic events.
Marine Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Marine/Offshore Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Marine Engineer shall have experience in the design and preferably operation of offshore loading jetties for large liquefied gas carriers and other hydrocarbon products including condensate. Experience is required in developing the scope for loading/unloading facilities with mariners.
  • The Marine Engineer shall have knowledge to include detailed experience of the design of mooring, loading and navigational aids. Experience in coastal protection studies, sea defence design and analysis of dredging requirements is also desirable.
Materials Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of engineering degree in Metallurgy Engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Materials Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Material Engineer shall have experience in 22% Cr Duplex Material, mechanical and corrosion testing requirements, manufacturing techniques employed for 22% Cr pipe (seamless and welded), flanges, manifolds and fittings (seamless and welded), and material selection for valves in corrosive service.
  • The Materials Engineer shall have experience of high temperature coatings including neoprene.
  • The Material Engineer shall be familiar and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the latest industry standards.
  • To meet the minimum requirements of this position, the Material Engineer shall have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgy, Mechanical, Chemical or Corrosion Engineering, applicable experience in the metallurgical design and construction of offshore oil and gas production platforms and facilities.
  • The Material Engineer shall have an intimate and working knowledge of the codes and standards. The Material Engineer shall be experienced in the use of computer simulation software applicable to such designs.
Construction Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of related engineering degree.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Construction Engineer in EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Construction Engineer shall have knowledge of engineering and management principles.
  • The Construction Engineer shall be experienced in planning for heavy lifts, road and access construction, transport logistics, both onshore and offshore, loading and unloading techniques, marine interfaces, layout of storage and pre-fabrication areas, pre-commissioning and commissioning testing techniques, and SIMOPS with operations. Experience with manning requirements and temporary facilities specification is required. Experience with tie-ins to existing facilities is required.
  • Construction safety experience with working at heights, work site safety protection, energy isolation, vehicle safety and underground hazard and excavation are required.
  • The Construction Engineer shall have experience with construction practices in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Commissioning Engineer

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of related engineering degree.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Commissioning Engineer in EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Commissioning Engineer shall responsible for specifying requirement in the Tangguh LNG Expansion Project tender package in terms of Project Commissioning Planning and Scheduling, commissioning procedures, coordinate with Vendors in Installation and Commissioning of packaged equipment, Monitor and follow-up the Maintenance and Preservation of Equipment as per project specification and/or Vendor recommendation, commissioning progress reports.
  • To meet the minimum requirement of this position, the Commissioning Engineer shall have a degree educated or qualified in related engineering field. He shall have a good understanding of all applicable codes, standards and specifications, and he shall have excellent engineering, interpersonal, planning and scheduling skills as well as superior in written and verbal communications. The candidates shall also be familiar with safety management technique and method of reporting.
Procurement

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of related degree, preferably in engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Procurement Engineer in EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Procurement PERSONNEL shall have experience in procurement works in the major project, interfaces of engineering disciplines, and construction, safety practices, and general operating procedures and philosophies. Experience in procurement procedures, dealing with subcontractor and vendor, tendering process and bid evaluation is required. Familiarity with gas industry codes and standards and industry is desirable
Quality Assurance

Requirements
  • The candidates shall have a bachelor of related degree, preferably in engineering.
  • The candidates shall have a minimum of 5 years experiences as a Quality Assurance in EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
  • The Quality Assurance shall responsible for specifying requirement in terms of Project Quality Assurance and Quality Control. To meet the minimum requirement of this position, the Quality Assurance shall have a degree educated or qualified in related engineering field. Experience in Quality Management, developing Quality procedures and Reporting for Major Project. The candidates shall have a good understanding of all applicable codes, standards and specifications relate to Quality Assurance, and The candidates shall have skills as well as superior in written and verbal Communications
Other Technical Support / Project Information Management Team

Requirements
  • Technical Support is preferably a Bachelor of Science degree or engineering.
  • The candidate shall have experienced in document & data control and data & document management/handling in major oil and gas engineering works.
  • The candidate shall have excellent detailed checking skills and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and superior planning skills.
3D CAD Designer

Requirements
  • The 3D CAD Engineer /Designer shall have hands on experience in using SmartPlant® 3D software latest version. Exposure in 3D Laser scan (Point cloud data) is desirable.
  • The 3D CAD Engineer /Designer shall have experience in the preparation of catalogue data base and capability to lead clash check with “As Built” against new design and generate piping isometrics and MTO; and generate 2D layout drawings from the SP-3D model. To meet the minimum requirements of this position, the 3D CAD Engineer/Coordinator should either have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering related field and sufficient SP-3D model experience in Oil and Gas developments with at least one similar brown field Production Unit upgrade project.
  • The coordinator shall have a clear understanding of the modelling activities of all disciplines and shall be experienced in co-ordinating work between disciplines for clash free model development. A piping design background would be an added advantage.
CAD Designer

Requirements
  • The CAD Designer shall have at least a Diploma bachelor degree in engineering or sufficient college level training, experience in offshore and gas engineering design.
  • The candidate shall have a working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, regulation, general drafting procedure and have worked as drafting checker for at least four (4) years. The candidates shall also have served as a designer for two (2) years on projects with similar facilities.
