PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama - BUMA is a reputable coal mining contractors company in Indonesia. BUMA provides a wide coal mining services including open-pit coal mining
and mine operation services. BUMA is based in Jakarta and its operation
are concentrated in Kalimantan (East, South and Central Kalimantan). The Company was founded in 1998 and operates as a part subsidiary company of PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (IDX : DOID). BUMA is recognized as one of the largest coal mining contractors in Indonesia by production volumes. As of December 2012, BUMA reported coal production of 34 million tonns in
2012, according to PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk Annual Report 2012 as cited by
JobsCDC.com. As of December 2012, BUMA had 9 customers with 12 long-term operating agreements, including Adaro, Berau, Kideco, and the Bayan groups.

Plant Superintendent
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- The candidate should have broad knowledge enterprise system such as Plant concepts & operation, cost containment & awareness, able to lead and manage people
- Having strong motivation & planning/organizing, supportive, communicative and able to work under presure are preffered character traits
Requirements
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Hold minimum D3 degree in Mining/Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Geology Engineering
- Having 2 years experience in the same position
- Strong time management, organizational & analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Must able to be placed/go travelling to all project area
- Good communication, both spoken & written in English
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
- Preferred language(s): English.
