• Economics (Banking, Finance, and Development Studies)
• Law (Civil and Criminal)
• Computer Science / Information Management / Information Technology
• Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Electrical, Industrial, and Agricultural)
• Psychology
• Statistics
• PR (Public Relations)
• GPA min 2.75
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Not married and willing to not get married for 2 years
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years
• Has no family relationship with an employee of Bank BTN (father / mother / son / brother / sister)

Supporting Staff (SS)

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen (WNI), Male/Female, Single/not married
• Maximum age 24 years old (not the 25th birthday by December 31, 2013)
• D3 all the majors, GPA. min. 2.75 (4.00 scale)
• Min height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female) with weight (BB) proportional
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years

Teller Service Staff (TS) 

Requirements

• Indonesian citizen (WNI), Male/Female, Single/not married
• Maximum age 24 years old (not the 25th birthday by December 31, 2013)
• D1 all the majors, GPA. min. 2.75 (4.00 scale)
• Min height of 160 cm (Male) and 155 cm (Female) with weight (BB) proportional
• Willing to undergo a bond for 3 years
