PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) - PT KAI or is a national railways company of Indonesia and is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia. The Company provides railways-based transportation services in Java and Sumatera, including passenger services, cargo transportation, and also assets managements. To support the dayly operations, PT KAI (Persero) supported by 489 units of locomotive, 1,716 units train, 6,249 units of freight train, 754 units of KRL, and 166 units of KRD. Based on PT KAI (Persero) Annual Report 2012, the Company successfully maintained profitability. PT KAI (Persero) booked total nett profit of Rp425 billion for the end of 2012.

Requirements
- Male/Female (age 26 - 35 years old)
- Height min 165 cm (Male) or min 160 cm (Female)
- Proportional body weight
- Min D3 any major
- PTN : Min GPA 2.75 (accredited A)
- PTS : Min GPA 3.00 (accredited A/B)
- Not Married with certificate from the village office and willing to not get married during the contract
- Have a good health (medical certificate and drug-free, color-blind certificate)
- Good looking
- Able to work under pressure
- Friendly and have high empathy
- Services oriented
- Mastered at least 2 languages (Indonesian and English), orally and in writing
- Able to communicate well and speak good Indonesian and correct
- Computer literate (excel, word)
- Have good analytical ability
- Willing to work on shifting system (on train)
