Operation Superintendent

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Mining/Civil/Geology/Geotechnical/Mechanical Engineering (Master Degree is preferable)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Mining Operation as Fixed Plant Superintendent/ Mining Superintendent
• Certifed as Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM)
• Required skills : Enivironmental Management, Operation Safety, Mining Operation, Plant Operation Management
• Willing to be located in Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

Human Resources Staff

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from all major (preferably from Psychology & Management)
• Minimum 2 years experience in personnel administration/ HR Operations.
• Having administration & communication skill
• Able to operate Ms. Office
• Willing to be located in Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan

Document License Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Law with 3.00 GPA
• Minimum having 3 years experience as Licensing Management Staff, preferably from land, farms, and gardens industry.
• Havng experience in Project Management.
• Good Negotiation Skill.
• Internal Audit skill.
• Fluent in english is a must

Plant Operation Foreman

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma Degree majoring in Mining/ Civil/ Geotech
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position (preferably from Mining Industry)
• Required competency : Mining Operation
• Able to operate Bulldozer D735, Motor Grader G825, Compactor, Excavator PC 200
• Good leadership & managerial skill
• Willing to be located in Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
