The main objective of this program is to provide management trainees with a broad exposure through a rotational program, building skills to allow advancement within the Company.
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen
- Fresh graduate holds Bachelor Degree/S1 from reputable University
- Max. age 27 years old
- GPA min. 3.00
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Good organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong sense of creative, innovative, and able to think out of the box
- Cooperative, discipline, and able to work as a team
- Willing to be developed and engaged under DHL Management trainer program
- Willing to be posted in DHL Supply Chain Indonesia’s Deparment or Project around Indonesia
- Willing to be developed and engaged under DHL Management trainer program
