Pemimpin Cabang (Code : PC)

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably Master Degree (S2)
• Max age 50 years old
• Having an understanding of market/business characteristics in the placements area
• Having experience as branch manager and banking experience
• Having experience in supervision of min 20 staff
• Having a good skills in problem solving and analytical
• Having a good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably having experience in the field of commercial and corporate credits 

Pemimpin Seksi/Supervisor (Code : PS)

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Max age 35 years old
• Min 2 years experience as supervisor or section head and experience in banking industry at least 4 years

Analis Kredit/Pemasaran (Code : AK)

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Max age 35 years old
• Min 3 years experience in banking in the field of commercial and corporate, consumer and retail
• Having an understanding of market/business characteristics in the placement area
• Having an experience in conducting credit analyst, having an understanding of systematic and prudent of credit process, understanding in the credit risk as a segment in industrial market, export - import trading

Customer Service (Code : SC) and Administrasi (Code : ADM)

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) with min GPA of 3.00
• Having an experience as Customer Service and Administration (preferably)
• Max age  of 27 years old
• Not married

Teller (Code : TL)

Requirements

• Min Diploma Degree (D3)
• Max age of 23 years old
• Having an experience as Teller (preferably)
• Not married

General Requirements

1. Min Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from a leading university majoring in  Accounting, Management, Banking, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Computer Science, Communication, Public Relations, Sharia (Code : CS, ADM)
2. Good looking and good personality
3. Height : min 160 cm for Female and min 165 cm for Male with proportional weight (Code : CS, ADM, Teller)
4. Customer oriented
5. Preferably active in English, both in oral or written
6. Not currently in litigation or involved in legal proceedings (criminal and or civil)
