PNS supported by 2 subsidiaries and 14 affiliates. In 2008, PNM begin to focus on micro businesses with launched ULaMM or Unit Layanan Modal Mikro (a micro finance unit). The Company expanded its business activities by opening new branches nationwide. As at December 2012, PNS has a network of 580 service offices consisting of 477 units ULaMM, 22 Branch Offices, 5 Sub Branch Offices, and 76 Cluster with distribution coverage in 2,247 districts in 22 provinces throughout Indonesia.

As part of the Company's business expansion,  PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position

Analis Pembiayaan Unit (APU)
Analis Pembiayaan Klastes (APK)

Requirements

1. Male/Female with min education D3
2. Max age 3 years old
3. Preferably having experience as credit analyst in micro finance institution at least 2 years
4. Computer literate, min able to operate MS Office (Word and Excel)
5. Preferably having customer base

Marketing Unit (MU)

Requirements

1. Male/Female with min education D3 from all majors
2. Max age 32 years old
3. Preferably having experience at least 1 year as sales or marketing in banking or micro finance insttitution (BPR, Cooperative and Multi Finance) and having customer base

Kolektor Unit (KLU)

Requirements

1. Male/Female with min education SMA
2. Max age 30 years old
3. Preferably having experience as collector in banking, micro finance intitutions, or other financial institutions

General Requirements

• Having a good communication skills, honest, discipline and target oriented
• Health and not involved in drug and other violations of the law
• Mastering in local language and culture
• Having own vehicle (SIM C)
• Placement in West Java Area : Bandung, Kab Bandung, Kab Bandung Barat, Purwakarta, Sumedang, Tasikmalaya, Garut, Ciamis, Banjar, Cianjur and Sukabumi
