Operation Manager (OM)

Requirements

• Max age 37 years old
• Min 5 years of experience in lead bank branch operations including supervising frontliner

Micro Banking Unit Head (MBUH)

Requirements

• Max age 35 years old
• Understanding in micro banking and having good finance analytical and colateral appraisal
• Min 2 years of experience in lead working unit of bank or other financial institution

Unit Financing Officer (UFO)

Requirements

• Max age 30 years old
• Min 1 year experience as credit analyst in Bank or financial institution
• Able to operate MS Office applications (Word and Excel)

Financing Administration Staff (FAS)

Requirements

• Max age 27 years old
• Meticulous and enjoy working with detail
• Able to operate MS Office applications (Word and Excel)

Appraisal (APP)

Requirements

• Max age 27 years old
• Min 1 year of working experience as appraisal / assessment in the bank
• Able to conduct internal investigation, verification and trade checking

Account Officer (AO)

Requirements

• Max age 27 years old
• Min 2 years of working experience to market the banking products ; commercial, retail linkage or cunsumer products
• Have a wide networking

Micro Sales Officer (MSO)

Requirements

• Max age 27 years old
• Min 2 years of working experience in sales of banking/financial institution products, preferably in Micro Banking

Penaksir Gadai (PGadai)

Requirements

• Max age 27 years old
• Min 1 years of working experience in gold assessment or taxation
• Have working reference as gold estimator
• Not color blind
• Have a good analytical and communication skills

Customer Service (CS) and Teller (TL)

Requirements

• Max age 25 years old
• Good looking and friendly
• Have a good communication skill

General Requirements

1. Min D3 for UFO, FAS, APP, AO, MSO, PGadai, CS, and TL positions
2. Min S1 for OM and MBUH positions
