The companies as a part of Lippo Group subsidiaries establised in 1994 under the name of PT Broadband Multimedia Tbk and in 2007 became PT First Media Tbk. The products of this Company called as Triple Play, which is a technology-based services include broadband digital services of Fastnet, HomeCable, and DataComm. First Media based in Lippo Karawaci Tangerang and operated in Jakarta, Surabaya and Bali. As of year end 2008, the company has about 180,000 Internet customers and about 130,000 television customers.

In line with its vision, that became the First Leader Provider of high speed broadband digital services, currently PT First Media Tbk inviting qualified & dedicated person to join and take the role as:

Management Development Program (MDP)     

The selected candidates will undergo a series of class and job training. This position offers exciting daily challenges, improve learning curve and opportunities to move up to top managerial level.

Requirements:

• Male & Female, max age 26 years old
• Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable University, Technical and non technical (Management, Marketing, Communication, and Psychology) with GPA min 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS). Graduates from overseas universities are welcome to apply.
• Maximum 2 years from graduation
• Computer literate
• Active in organization
• Driven, motivated and goal oriented
• English proficiency
• Willing to be place at Jakarta, Karawaci or First Media Regional.
