Passenger Sales Executive - Jakarta

Responsibilities:
To identify sales opportunities amongst travel agents to generate superior sales returns and to achieve target. To build and maintain positive relationships with travel agents and other distibutors to ensure their support to CX.
   
Key Accountabilities:
  • Conduct regular sales visit to travel agents with sales quota per week in an efficient manner. Update agents with most up-to-date product information and maintain close relationship with agents to build a positive image for CX.
  • In charge of assigned travel accounts in JKT, SRG, SOC and JOG. Monitor each performance by using all sources available (Brio/BSP/MIDT) and produce incremental revenue.
  • Report to Assistant Manager Passenger Sales on relevant sales matters. Provide inputs, comments and suggestions on both sales operation and services.
  • Consolidate weekly sales report every Friday.
  • Conduct ADP presentation and regular in-house briefing to travel agents for CX product and services updates.
  • Prepare packages to promoto Hong Kong and PRD destinations
  • Provide updates on competitiors activities and ensure compliance to anti-trust policies.
  • Provide relevant analysis and inputs for CX sales team to develop a strategy to be competitive in the market.
  • Assist sales team on proration inquiries and service other incoming inquiries from agents.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining database of cxagents.com, as well as promoting it. as a dedicated distribution channel for travel agents.
  • Provide additional services and special assistance to incentive groups and their respective travel agents on all procedural matters as well as upon check-in at the airport.
  • Represent CX at various functions, agents travel fairs, product knowledge updates, fare briefings and other occasions deemed necessary.
Requirements:
  • University degree (any discipline)
  • Good communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and target oriented
  • Good command of English (both oral an written); command of spoken Mandarin is an advantage
  • Computer literate on command of relevant computer programs (such as Microsoft Office)
Sales Support Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Perform indoor sales activities including answering queries, quoting adhoc fares, handling groups, packages, workers, seamens, students, with accuracy and a high standard of customer services.
  • Conduct 3rd tier agents & cash agents sales activities including telephone sales, fare sheet and product updates.
  • Produce all revenue reports as required by Sales and Management team in an accurate and timely way, include top-level (country and port) BRIO, BSP, MIDT analysis.
  • Manage accounts and upload news and fares to cxagents.com
  • Perform market intelligent for the team and comply to anti-trust policy.
  • Coordinate adhoc sales projects and activities such as Agent Seminar, Agent in house briefing and other promotional activities.
  • Handle all administrative matters related to CIP plates.
  • Do Government filling for fare and rule changes.
  • Provide adhoc report to HKG revenue team.
  • Other duties as required by direct or indirect appraiser.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from any discipline.
  • Fluent in English - both oral and written.
  • Computer literate - familiarity with the relevant computer programs.
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and target oriented.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
