PT Petrokimia Gresik is a state owned company, and the most complete fertilizer producer in Indonesia which produces various kinds of of fertilizers, such as : Urea, ZA, SP-36, NPK Phonska, DAP, NPK Kebomas, ZK and organic fertilizer namely Petroganik. PT Petrokimia Gresik has also been producing non fertilizer products, such as : Sulphuric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Ammonia, Dry Ice, Aluminum Fluoride, Cement Retarder, etc. PT Petrokimia Gresik covering the area of around 450 hectares, is located at Gresik Regency, East Java, Indonesia.

PT Petrokimia Gresik is the most complete fertilizer company in Indonesia, which was initially established under the name 'Project of Petrokimia Surabaya'. The construction agreement was mutually signed on August 10th, 1964 with the effective date on December 8th, 1964. The project was officially inaugurated by His Excellency The President of The Republic of Indonesia on July 10th, 1972. Hence the date is ultimately commemorated as the anniversary of PT Petrokimia Gresik.

• High School Graduates (Science/IPA, Accreditation A)
• Maximum age 20 years old (born after July 31, 1991)
• Fluent in English (minimum passive)
• Computer Literatte (Basic Computer Program: MS.Word, Ms.Excell, Ms.Power Point)
• The average score of UAN min 8
• Minimum height 165 cm / weight
• Drug free
• Not color blind and not wearing glasses
• Not married
• Not tied to service in other agencies.
