Basic Requirement:
- Hold bachelor’s degree (S1) of a reputable university majoring Psychology, minimum GPA of 3.0
- Male/Female
- Having at least 1 year experience as recruiter/HR Staff
Competencies:
- Good understanding and able to use psychological test material
- Good understanding in recruitment, training and people development area
- Computer literate, able to operate MS Office (esp Ms.Excel)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving
