PT XL Axiata Tbk (XL) was established on 8 October 1989, under the name PT Grahametropolitan Lestari. Its main business was in trading and general services. Lead Engineer - Transmission
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Transmission Access of IP Network Elements
- Design IP Network for Transmission Access
- Evaluate design and BoQ for PO creation for upgrading or new node purchasing
- Create RFQ, POC Test Scenarios and Technical Scoring Bidding Process
- Delegate EWO creation for implementation and report project update weekly
- Design propose for enhancement based on network audit including network topology, routing design and other controlling plan design
- Design and create NBWO & EWO of Transmission Access Microwave, Multiplexer and IP Network Elements.
- University graduate from Information Technology/Telecommunication Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in design and plan IP Network
- Solid experience in project implementation
- Solid experience in capacity management and forecast
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for perfect function of SSS/IMS Platform related network elements and advice the 24 hours OAM engineer for ensuring smooth operation
- Handling emergency case and ensuring quick service restoration
- Define the security relevant measures and the implementation into the network
- Interfacing and coordinating with manufacturer's TAC for problem resolution
- Analyze/asses and control any modification of Hardware/Software on live exchanges to ensure no/minimum impact
- Monitoring system quality and ensuring all switch are well maintained and properly operated
- University graduated from Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering with minimum 3 years experience as a second level engineer
- Solid data communication background including IP Communication
- Good knowledge in signaling protocols: SS7, SIGTRAN, R2, SIP, H248, Diameter
- Good knowledge in 3GPP's specification for IP Multimedia Subsystem (P/I/S-CSCF, MGCF, MGS, AS, SBC, HSS, DNS)
- Good knowledge in signaling/routing equipment: Cisco Router, Juniper Router, Cisco ITP/STP
- Deep knowledge in GSM/UMTS/LTE/IMS platform
- Able to work underpressure especially when dealing with problem that impact the customer
- Advance technical writing and communication skillsing plan
- Deep knowledge in IP transport design and planning
- Good understanding of Transmission Network Access
Responsibilities:
- To provide support, implement, integrate and deploy new service on TDM & IP Transmission Backbone network production system for GSM and Corporate services
- Perform in-depth analysis of the TDM & IP Transmission backbone network configuration
- Responsible on high risk/impact reconfiguration related to backbone and/or Core level
- Repsonsible to asses and review configuration TDM & IP Transmission backbone network related to quality of service and performance network
- Responsible to do preventive plan and action on problem re-occured on Transmission Backbone with coordination vendor and other department related

Responsibilities:
- Manage deployment, capacity, quality of BSS according to business plan and quality target
- Arrange project implementation meeting to support the BSS project according time line and provide MOM
- Provide documentation report for each business plan especially on data services
- Upgrade BSS software to enable new features
- Plan and lead new features implementation and asses on network and business impact
- University graduated from Telecommunication Engineering with at least 3 years experience in BSS and IP Platform
- Deep knowledge on BSS 2G & 3G Network design & dimensioning
- Good knowledge on IP platform, interconnection & routing
- Good knowledge on core network and packet switch systems
- Certified on CCNA or same level
- Familiar on MPLS, OSS, IP Design Infrastructur, IPV6 will be an advantage
- Posses strong analytical skills for recognizing the potential problem in the BSS submits the work order to reconfigure the network to reduce or eliminate the problem
- Ability to work independently, minimum supervision, proactive and self control under tight time pressure
- Fast and self learning to adopt new technology and new features

Responsibilities:

- To configure and implement new Mobile Data Service Project Implementation on production network.
- Acts as a 2nd and 3rd level problem solving escalation.
- Responsible to do preventive plan and action on problem re-occured with coordination vendor and other department.
- To manage and maintain MDS Services to meet requirement aligned with Network key performance indicator/ SLA.
- Having deep knowledge on IP Networks platform and its application running on it as they relate to Telco Industry (3G, GPRS, etc)
- Having in-depth experience in IP Networks operations troubleshooting
