PT Rekayasa Industri is stablished by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia on August 12, 1981 to develop national capabilities in engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) for large industrial plant into a world-class capability. 

An EPCC Company for Industrial Plant in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Mineral, Environmental, Infrastructure, Geothermal, Chemical & Petrochemical Industry is currently seeking experienced and competent professional to join our company, as below:

 HR Generalist Officer  
Qualification :
  • Age 25 – 30 years
  • Min Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
  • GPA min 3.00 (out of 4.00)\
  • Minimum have 3 years experiences in Human Resources Department, preferably those have joined EPC company
  • Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRMS)
  • Understand Indonesian Labor Regulation, especially for engineering & construction
  • Placement at Jakarta (office) and project site
Other Requirement :
  • Must have good analytical thinking and ability to perform with minimum supervision.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Posses a strong organizing, planning, communication, and analytical thinking
  • Hard worker and able to work under pressure
