Training Supervisor

Job Descriptions

• Part of Corporate Human Resources
• Located in Jakarta, headquarter office
• Develop training materials and modules
• To prepare pre-training's preparation (room booking, training handout, training manual, etc)
• To help Training Manager conduct & deliver training programs
  

Qualification Required

• Minimum education : Bachelor's degree in psychology or HR management
• Minimum three years experience in Training & Development
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Willing to travel
• Good team player & willing to learn
• Proactive & have an open minded personality
