Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Education S1 from reputable university with GPA min 3.2 (S2 preferred)
- Appearance & good communication (Indonesian & English)
- Having a spirit of entrepreneurship and good leadership
- All participants must be willing to undergo this MMDP training within 3 months to 1 year and underwent 3-5 years Service Association (ikatan dinas)
