VP Direct Sales Business Banking

Job summary:
To increase/grow market share of SME customers and eventually to maximize shareholders value in line with the strategic and operating objectives within the function. The jobholder must have strategic plan, coordinate, coach, motivate, lead, train and monitor the Business Banking sales teams in ensuring achievement of the acquisition objectives

Requirement:
  • At least 6 years experience in sales management (preferably in banking)
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills; able to lead and motivate large sales teams in Jakarta and outer branches
  • Business development and sales skills
  • Good knowledge on Bank’s products and procedures
Mgr Acquisition Risk & Policy - Card
(Code : MGR ACQ R&P CARD – RISK 11)

Job Summary:
The Job incumbent is mainly responsible for the establishment of credit policy and relevant underwriting process to acquire customers that have no HSBC credit card.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Consumer Assets products
  • Understand Group and local policy & regulations
  • Excellent on Consumer Asset Underwriting Process
  • Understanding of Consumer Asset portfolio analytics is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, credit, analytical reasoning, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills
AVP/VP Commercial Banking MNC - Relationship Manager

Job summary:
To be responsible for the growth, operations and profitability of Commercial Banking (Multi National Company) with the main objective to increase/grow market share and eventually to maximize shareholder value in line with the Group’s MfG strategy while maintaining sound credit quality.

  • Commercial banking experience with exposure to Investment Banking and Markets.
  • Negotiation, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
  • Credit and analytical reasoning skills
