• Indonesian citizen
• Bachelor (S1)/ Diploma (D3) Degree holder
• Minimum GPA 2.70 of 4.00 from accredited study program (minimum B)
• Maximum 26 years old (S1) and 24 years old (D3) by April 1, 2011
• Not married
• Not in services bond (ikatan dinas) with other institutions
• Willing to be placed in PT. Krakatau Steel & Group working (Cilegon, Jakarta and Kalimantan Selatan)
• Majoring in:

2. D3 Chemical Analyst
3. D3 Computer Engineering
4. D3 Geomatics Engineering
5. D3 Health and Safety (K3)
6. D3 Information System
7. D3 Maritime Governance (Tata Laksana Pelayaran)
8. D3 Mechanical Engineering Material Science
9. D3/S1 Accounting
10. D3/S1 Chemical Engineering
