PT Donggi-Senoro LNG (“DSLNG”) is a foreign investment company established by PT Pertamina (Persero), PT Medco Energi International Tbk, Mitsubishi Corporation and Korean Gas Company (KOGAS). Our main business is to process natural gas into Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) for export and the plant is located in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi. Now we seeking for a qualified, hard working, and enthusiastic person to fill in position as:

Senior Upstream Interface Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. To manage FEED, EPC, commissioning and start-up of the Condensate Delivery System (CDS) project
  • To lead the planning, tendering, and execution of the Condensate Delivery System (CDS) project and to ensure successful interface with Senoro JOB and LNG Plant related to the CDS.
2. To manage technical interface with upstream parties.
  • To provide technical support to the LNG Plant EPC Division related to technical interface to upstream parties
  • To provide technical support to the Manufacturing Division related to upstream gas supply and condensate delivery.
  • To provide technical support to the Commercial Directorate related to upstream gas supply and condensate delivery
3. To provide technical support to the Commercial Directorate, Manufacturing Division, and LNG Plant EPC Division related to technical interface with upstream parties.
  • To monitor and report to management about upstream project and drilling activities.
Requirements:
  • At least a Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent, in a related engineering discipline from a recognized College or University.
  • A Graduate degree, or extensive industry training, either in-house by employer or by a recognized third party, in various aspects of business, technology or management is a plus.
  • Minimum 20 years oil and gas industry experience in various aspects of FEED and EPC of production facilities and pipelines, including at least one major gas project in Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of project quality management systems and applicable codes and standards for design and engineering purposes.
  • Ability to effectively implement a technically-straightforward, but commercially complex project, involving several other stakeholders within the framework of the Indonesian upstream oil and gas industry and governmental supervision. Deep and broad knowledge of the gas processing industry, including LNG.
  • Understanding of subsurface field development projects.
  • English proficiency, including demonstrated ability to prepare and give management-level presentations on technical topics.
  • Design & Development Management, Project Management, Interface & Coordination Management, Integrity Assurance, Engineering Management, Project Engineering and Facilities Engineering.
Senior Instrument Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Propose and manage the design and engineering standards of instrumentation and communication systems at DSLNG in line with the company’s objectives of safe, reliable, maintainable, and efficient plant operation and minimization of lifetime costs.
  • Review, supervise, monitor and control the design and specifications of instrumentation and communication systems of DSLNG Project.
  • Lead the instrument engineering team of DSLNG in the interface with EPC Contractor during the detailed design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start up through takeover of the plant from the EPC Contractor.
  • Ensure that proven technology is implemented in the DSLNG project.
  • Monitor and contribute to implementation and improvement of HSE (health, safety and environment) standards in the company.
  • Define operational requirements for instrumentation and communication systems with DSLNG staff and EPC Contractor.
  • Ensure technical integrity and operability of selected instrument and communication systems in the design phase of the DSLNG plant by means of application of appropriate technical design and engineering standards in conjunction with the selected Design Contractor.
  • Advise the Engineering Manager on approval system of technical deviations to the selected design and engineering codes.
  • Ensure resources availability and develop personnel within the area of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in an Engineering Science.
  • At least 12 years in the industry as Instrument Engineer, of which 4 years in the petrochemical industry, where he or she participated in the instrument section in a maintenance, start-up or construction team.
  • Expertise in the design of modern instrument systems, e.g. application of field bus systems, DCS design and other electronic communication systems.
  • Experience with advanced process control applications in the oil & gas industry.
  • Working knowledge of fiscal Metering systems and Quality Measuring Instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of applicable codes and standards for design and engineering purposes.
  • Detail orientation.
  • Safety oriented.
Start-Up Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, monitor and control the operations from pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up until the takeover of the plant from the EPC Contractor, to ensure smooth operational activity until the takeover from EPC Contractor.
  • Coordinate, communicate and interface with EPC Contractor for the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up until the takeover of the plant by DSLNG.
  • Prepare personnel, develop start up team and prepare resources for the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up of the plant and, prepare operation personnel to takeover and operate the plant.
  • Ensure operators are fully trained and competent to start-up and operate the plant.
  • Identify commissioning systems, prepare detailed work plans, schedule commissioning activities and execute these activities in the field.
  • Work with EPC contractor to identify design requirements and improvements to enable an effective start-up.
  • Work with EPC contractor to ensure turnover documentation is identified and provided to operations on a timely basis.
  • Ensure that plant is operated to appropriate efficiency standards.
  • Preparation of reports on operational as well as quality, health, safety and environmental performance of pre-commissioning, commissioning and the start-up.
  • Manage and ensure all planning, deliverables, reporting and spending forecast related to start-up.
  • Integrating the efficient production of utilities with loading and process to maximize plant profitability.
Requirements:
  • Technical graduate from University, (Chemical or Energy Engineering)
  • Minimal 15 years hydrocarbon industry experience
  • At least 7 years LNG related experience and 4 years in a managerial position in a multi-cultural environment
  • LNG Plant start up involvement is a plus

Civil Team Leader

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating, reviewing and monitoring and controlling all civil construction activities and supervising and controlling EPC Contractor as required to successfully complete the civil work on schedule and within budget.
  • Continuously monitoring, controlling and maintaining highest quality and administer good construction safety practices.
  • Monitor and promote to improving HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) standards.
  • Ensure all staff comply with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
  • Coordinate EPC Contractor and its subcontractors to perform specified construction work in accordance with EPC Contractor’s plans, drawings, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Inspects work in progress to insure that workmanship conforms to specifications and that construction schedule is maintained.
  • Conducts regular project progress meetings.
  • Monitors and adjusts project schedule as necessary.
  • Adheres to the policies and procedures set forth in DSLNG’s Project Management Systems including Environmental, Health and Safety Plan.
  • Ensure resource availability and develop personnel within the area of responsibility.
  • Serves as Company’s liaison in absence of Construction Manager during the Site Development period.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Civil or Construction Management
  • Minimum ten (10) years of civil construction experience
  • Experience on large-scale site development and port construction projects preferred
  • Significant construction experience on major projects may be acceptable in lieu of a degree

Civil Inspector

Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting construction activities and supervise EPC Contractor in selected areas of Civil Work to successfully complete the work on schedule and within budget.
  • Continuously monitoring, controlling and maintaining highest quality and administer good construction safety practices.
  • Monitor and contribute to improving HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) standards.
  • Coordinate EPC Contractor and its subcontractors to perform specified construction work in accordance with EPC Contractor’s plans, drawings, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Inspects work in progress to insure that workmanship conforms to specifications and that construction schedule is maintained.
  • Monitor and report construction progress to Civil Team Leader.
  • Adheres to the policies and procedures set forth in DSLNG’s Project Management Systems including Environmental, Health and Safety Plan.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum five (5) years of civil construction experience
  • Experience on large-scale site development and port construction projects preferred
  • Significant construction experience on major projects may be acceptable in lieu of a degree

Environmental Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Enforcing the HSE requirements, standards and instructions with emphasis on environmental aspects.
  • Incorporating HSE instructions in routine orders and seeing that they are obeyed by all personnel working at the site.
  • Ensuring compliance with AMDAL and UPL/UKL for Soil Cut and Fill.
  • Liaise with QHSE Manager and develop a site specific HSE Plan in accordance with the overall HSE Management Plan.
  • Review and endorse EPC Contractor’s site HSE plans.
  • Establish and facilitate site safety meetings
  • Establish and improve site environmental management and monitoring system.
  • Establish and improve incident reporting system.
  • Establish and improve site guidance and awareness environmental training system.
  • Periodically monitor construction activities and provide oversight and enforcement of the company’s and regulatory HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate, administer, and maintain documentation of the HSE program in accordance with the company and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with government bodies and professional organizations on HSE matters especially concerning environmental matters.
  • Manage relationship with third party hygiene and waste disposal service providers.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and manage all statutory HSE reporting requirements in environmental aspects in particular.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Environmental Study or Engineering
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as HSE officer on large scale construction projects out of which 3 years on environmental matters
  • Experience on site development and marine construction preferred
  • Possess professional qualifications and technical working knowledge of environmental requirements for large scale construction projects
  • Knowledge of contractor HSE plan requirements
Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the import and transportation of foreign goods.
  • Prepare Master Lists and obtain approvals thereof from BKPM.
  • Manage daily import operation by establishing relationships with EPC contractor, BKPM, Tax Office, Customs etc to resolve any problems that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all the laws and regulations pertaining to importation.
  • Role & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the EPC contractor prepares Master Lists in accordance with the BKPM requirements.
  • Assist Finance Directorate in preparing all materials required for the Master List application.
  • Together with the EPC contractor, coordinate with BKPM to establish multiple Master List procedures.
  • Submit the Master Lists for approval by BKPM.
  • Establish communication procedures with the EPC contractor and other members of Technical Directorate to expeditiously respond to queries that may arise during the review of Master Lists by BKPM.
  • Ensure the approved Master Lists are properly filed and used for importation.
  • Coordinate with BKPM to amend / extend the validity of Master Lists where necessary.
  • Assist Finance Directorate in obtaining the approval of the tax certificate for comprehensive PPH22 by tax office.
  • Assist Finance Directorate in obtaining extension of validity of the tax certificate for comprehensive PPH22 by tax office where necessary.
  • Ensure that Finance Directorate obtain tax exemption in line with shipping documents prepared by the EPC contractor and release tax certificate to the EPC contractor for their use for bank clearance / customs clearance.
  • Ensure that Finance Directorate review the documents for bank clearance / customs clearance prepared by the EPC contractor and pay duties required per shipment / proceeding of customs clearance smoothly.
  • Assist Finance Directorate in arranging bond to submit to customs in case Master List or tax certificate is not available with the EPC contractor for their use for bank clearance / customs clearance.
  • Ensure that Finance Directorate maintains all documents used in importation are fit for audit requirements by government authorities.
  • Coordinate with the EPC contractor and other members of Technical Directorate and respond to any technical queries that may arise from customs offices and others during importation of goods.
  • Perform the above and other duties as required, such as expansion of Master Lists, for import of other foreign goods than those imported by the EPC Contractor.
  • Promote and monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in Logistics area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in an Engineering Science
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry as a discipline engineer, preferably on LNG plants

  • Establish and improve leading and trailing safety performance reporting system.
  • Establish and improve incident reporting system.
  • Establish and improve site guidance and awareness safety training system.
  • Establish and improve emergency evacuation plans.
  • Establish and improve safety initiative programs and procedures.
  • Periodically monitor construction activities and provide oversight and enforcement of the company’s and regulatory HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate, administer, and maintain documentation of the HSE program in accordance with the company and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with government bodies and professional organizations on HSE matters especially concerning health and safety.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and manage all statutory HSE reporting requirements on health and safety aspects in particular.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in safety management or engineering (mechanical, instrument, civil, electrical). Formal courses in Safety Management
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as safety officer on large scale construction projects
  • Experience on site development and marine construction preferred
  • Possess professional qualifications and technical working knowledge of health and safety requirements for large scale construction projects
  • Knowledge of contractor safety plan requirements
  • Required language(s): English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Luwuk, Central Sulawesi

  • Liaise with government bodies and professional organization on HSE matters especially concerning health and safety matters.
  • Maintain comprehensive record and manage all statutory HSE reporting requirement on health and safety aspect in particular.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in engineering (mechanical, OHS, environmental, instrument, civil, electrical).
  • More than ten (10) years of HSE experience preferred in EPC and/or Oil & Gas operator company OR 8 - 10 years experience in core operational areas of an oil & gas operator OR EPC company that works with Oil & Gas clientele
  • Experience on site development and marine construction preferred.
  • Possess professional qualifications and technical working knowledge of health and safety requirements for large scale construction projects.
  • Knowledge of contractor safety plan requirements.
  • Ability to use judgment and experience to define, analyze and resolve problems and issues.
  • Proactive safety awareness and strong skills in adeptly working with contractors, trades, and field engineers with an in the field focus.
