Responsibilities:
Managing a team of Supply Chain Solution Analysts to provide error free supply chain solutions, analyzing multi-facet information and designing cost effective, operationally feasible solutions which align with DSC standard pricing principle to meet customers requirement
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in similar position
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Having good understanding of warehouse operations , inventory and cost model
- Familiar with warehouse lay out
- Excellent Excell spreadsheet skill
- Experience in modeling/simulation/CAD tools
- Fluent in English written and spoken
National Transport Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop DSC Transport Strategy, Manage transport vendors and monitor their performance in order to deliver excellent quality of transportation service to customersDevelop DSC Transport Strategy, Manage transport vendors and monitor their performance in order to deliver excellent quality of transportation service to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in Transport Management major
- Minimum 5 years in similar position
- Having good Negotiation Skill
- Having experience in dealing with and managing vendors
- Having deep knowledge in various vehicles/transport type, transport & vendor management
- Have a good networking and relationship
- English Fluency both written and spoken
- Communication Skill both written and spoken
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed the sales target from the Commercial stand point by promoting and selling an integrated Supply Chain Management solutions and services in order to generate profitable revenue growth for DESC
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in similar position
- Having deep understanding in logistics procedures
- Have wide networking
- Understanding in managing relation, customer focus
- Able to achieve target that has been appointed
- The candidate will be expected to show and learn a general understanding of the entire business rather than just the logistics business itself
- Excellent presentation skill
- Good communication skill
- Fluent in english both written and oral
