ODP-SMEC (Officer Development Program for Small Medium Enterprise & Commercial)
ODP is a program that offers accelerated career for you, son of the daughter of Central Java which has the potential and ambition. By following intensive training and development program for 12 months, you will then be assigned as Assistant Manager of SMEC work unit, which is on BII branch network in Central Java to later be developed into future leaders in the future BII. Given the importance of this for business growth BII, only the best candidates are expected to fill this position.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Maximum 26 years old (S1) and 29 years old (S2)
- Target-oriented work
- Having good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
