PT Djojonegoro C-1000 is a manufacturer of innovative Vitamin C based beverages. Our products are enjoyed around the globe, and as we expand our international presence, we have recognized the need to strengthen our team though the addition of a new position :



Duties :
This position will coordinate activities between International Sales, importers, Supply Chain Operations, Finance and Marketing in order to ensure that international orders are planned and executed flawlessly and with continuous improvement. This will be a key connection between our international customers and our Supply Chain processes. In addition to demonstrating a solid grasp of international regulatory requirements, the Export Manager will be expected to manage the executional details associated with order processing, fulfillment and product movement from our Indonesia manufacturing location to international customers in a timely and error-free fashion. The Export Manager will also be the primary problem solving resource to our international customers. In addition, the Export Manager will be responsible for finding new export markets.
  • Ensure the Customer Delight of our international customers
  • Ensure that all products in the international marketplace are compliant with local regulations
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of all records related to international business
  • Coordinates activities between International Sales, importers, Supply Chain Operations, Finance and Marketing in order to ensure that international orders are planned and executed flawlessly and that the international product supply and customer delight processes continuously improve.
  • Coordinate the forecasting, production and inventory planning, documentation, scheduling, production, product quality, product movement and information flow associated with the timely and flawless fulfillment of international orders
  • Develops and manages the budget associated with international product supply and quality assurance
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements in all countries where the company does or anticipates doing business, and proactively ensures that all requirements are met
  • Track order processing and fulfillment, and communicate status to customers as appropriate
  • Confirm stickering and label requirements, and ensure that labels/stickers are ready for Production
  • Confirm export documentation, and its timeliness
  • Work with customers, production planning and warehousing to ensure effective forecasting and inventory management
  • Resolve issues resulting from errors on orders, invoices, documentation and shipping
  • Support implementation of quality programs
  • Arrange freight quotations
  • Manage importation trials
  • Maintain company export records
  • Manage and execute participation in trade exhibitions to search and develop new accounts for new markets
  • Bachelors Degree in Business
  • 5+ years total experience with at least 3 years of international customer service experience
  • Willingness to travel globally on short notice
The role of the Brand Officer is to grow the YOU.C1000 brand and maximise sales by developing the brand

Planning / Organizing / Call Rates
  • Effectively plans weeks / months in advance, achieves call frequencies
  • Shows excellent time management skills
  • Grows distribution by gaining new on & off premise customers.
  • Immediately informs the Director and the distribution partner team whenever an outlet is out of stock.
  • Works closely with the field sales force of the distribution partner to motivate and educate them to achieve YOU.C1000 brand or volume targets.
  • Secures visibility according to set standards in all trade outlets and events.
  • Secures the proper usage of YOU.C1000 Point of Sales (POS) Material as per YOU.C1000 standards and guidelines.
  • Actively tries to create space within venues to facilitate the attainment of visibility objectives.
  • Achieves outstanding planning and execution in regards to Events.
  • Submits necessary reports (daily / weekly / monthly); meets deadlines and abides by the route plans.
  • Secures a proper implementation of the customer’s contracts.
  • Develops a strong relationship of co-operation and partnership with all outlets and distribution partner team
  • Actively builds and maintains networks with opinion leaders from within the On Premise industry.
  • Negotiates well according to YOU.C1000 guidelines and actively seeks a high return on investment for all trade related spend.
  • Works closely and effectively with the local marketing and sales team to share learning, align plans and share feedback/inputs.
  • Solid understanding of the local Off & On-Premise industry
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers.

  • Ability to effectively use MS Office and Microsoft excel

  • A formal education / training in marketing / sales management is a plus
  • Previous experience in any retail environment (especially a Supermarket or Hypermarket) is a plus
  • Spoken English is a plus.
