Country Representative for Indonesia - Animal Health Division

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the local sales and financial goals of Bayer Health Care (BHC) Animal Health, contributing to the global success of the organization, especially activities concerning animal health products
• Monitor and understand the market continuously and identify new market opportunities for the animal health business
• Implement marketing plans for new and existing products in accordance with the global goals of BHC Animal Health and be responsible for achieving the set targets
• Be in close contact with distributors and support their activities, and keep abreast of developments in the field and market
• Responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating field trials as well as for regulatory affairs
• Be in close contact to farmer, veterinarians and key opinion leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in life science e.g. Veterinary Science, Medical Science, Biology, Bio Technology or Agricultural-related Science and/or experience in veterinary practice will be an added advantage
• Minimum 4 years related experience in animal health business and/or in sales & marketing of veterinary drugs
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills combined with sound practical judgment
• High level of accuracy, precision and responsibility in work assigned
• Able to achieve targets and deliver under pressure with high initiative, drive and commitment
• Persistent and service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English, both written and spoken
