HR Assistant Yogyakarta (Code: HRA)
Responsibilities:
Under HR Manager’s supervision, the Human Resource Assistant will participate and provide support in all HR functions at Gameloft studio in Yogyakarta, and will contribute to its successful set-up and development in the following:
- All activities related to recruitment: test and interview schedule, recruiting events, filing CV, updating recruitment database, etc;
- Works related to insurance, labor contracts, labor registration, personnel paperwork, studio life (celebrations, team-building activities and others for staff) according to HR Manager’s assignments;
- Communication out of or inside the company serving HR activities;
- Other HR activities when required by management.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related areas;
- Experience in HR is preferable;
- Office computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet and e-mail);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking), and excellent Bahasa Indonesia;
- Well-organized and sociable;
- Sense of responsibility, result-orientation, flexibility;
- Ability to work under high pressure.
