PROJECT MANAGER COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT (Code : C&B-AZLI)
Job Summary:
- Develop Compensation & Benefit (C&B) strategy and manage all aspect of Compensation & Benefit activities
- Develop and Integrate C&B program to Performance Management, Talent Management & other HR program.
- Advise managers and employees on benefit and compensation policies
- Minimum 5 years experience in compensation and benefit area, preferably in insurance industry.
- Has been in managerial level or as a leader for minimum 3 years
- Advanced knowledge in Compensation & Benefit
- Experienced in developing and transforming C& B systems and programs in support of performance objectives and employee retention
- Good knowledge and skills in operating Ms. Office, Visio, SPSS or other statistical programs
