Production Staff (Code: P1)
Requirements
- S1 majoring Mechanical / Industrial Engineering from reputable university with minimum Achievement Index : 3.00 (fresh graduates is preferable)
- Male max. 27 years old and good health.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field as Production Staff (in Automotive Manufacturing would be an advantage)
- Familiar with CNC Machining Program would be an advantage
- Computer Literate
- English proficiency both written and spoken is a must
- Japanese language would be an advantage
- Have good strong leadership, responsibility, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skill.
Production Engineering Staff (Code: P2)
Requirements
- S1 majoring Mechanical Engineering from reputable university with minimum Achievement Index : 3.00 (fresh graduates is preferable)
- Male max. 27 years old and good health.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field as Production Engineering Staff (in Automotive Manufacturing would be an advantage)
- Familiar with CNC Machining Program, Auto Cad, Cutting Tools and Jig Fixture would be an advantage
- Computer Literate
- English proficiency both written and spoken is a must
- Japanese language would be an advantage
- Have good strong leadership, responsibility, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skill.
Quality Engineering Staff (Code: P3)
Requirements
- S1 majoring Mechanical Engineering from reputable university with minimum Achievement Index : 3.00 (fresh graduates is preferable)
- Male max. 27 years old and good health.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field as Quality Engineering Staff (in Automotive Manufacturing would be an advantage)
- Computer Literate
- English proficiency both written and spoken is a must
- Japanese language would be an advantage
- Have good strong leadership, responsibility, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skill.
PPC Staff (Code: P4)
Requirements
- S1 majoring Mechanical / Industrial Engineering from reputable university with minimum Achievement Index : 3.00 (fresh graduates is preferable)
- Male max. 27 years old and good health.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field as PPC/PPIC Staff (in Automotive Manufacturing would be an advantage)
- Familiar with SAP Program would be an advantage
- Computer Literate
- English proficiency both written and spoken is a must
- Japanese language would be an advantage
- Have good strong leadership, responsibility, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skill.
Marketing Staff (Code: P5)
Requirements
- S1 majoring Mechanical Engineering from reputable university with minimum Achievement Index : 3.00 (fresh graduates is preferable)
- Male max. 27 years old and good health.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field as Marketing Staff (in Automotive Manufacturing would be an advantage)
- Computer Literate
- English proficiency both written and spoken is a must
- Japanese language would be an advantage
- Have good strong leadership, responsibility, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skill.
General Affairs Staff, (Code: P6)
Requirements
- S1 majoring Law (Civil/Business Law) from reputable university with minimum Achievement Index : 3.00 (fresh graduates is preferable)
- Male/Female max. 27 years old and good health.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field as General/Legal Staff (in Automotive Manufacturing would be an advantage)
- Computer Literate
- Good Strong in Legal Drafting and Legal Opinion
- English proficiency both written and spoken is a must
- Japanese language would be an advantage
- Have good strong leadership, responsibility, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skill.
HRD Staff (Code: P7)
Requirements
- S2 majoring Psychology (Magister Profession) from reputable university with minimum Achievement Index : 3.00 (fresh graduates is preferable)
- Male/Female max. 27 years old and good health.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field as HRD/Development Staff (in Automotive Manufacturing would be an advantage)
- Computer Literate
- Good Strong in Design People Development Program and Psychological Assessment
- English proficiency both written and spoken is a must
- Japanese language would be an advantage
- Have good strong leadership, responsibility, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skill.
