Marketing Communication Manager for Retail Banking Services (MCM-Marcomm)
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 4 years experiences in Banking or Advertising industry as a Marketing Communication Manager
- Has an experience in handling marketing communication for Retail Banking is an advantages
- Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
- Able to work well under tight deadline
- Excellent communication skill
- Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
- Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Communication Officer (CO-Marcomm)
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 2 years experience in Banking Industry or Public Relations Agency (preferably in Financial Institution)
- Strong writing skill in English and Bahasa
- Having an experience and networking with media
- Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
- Able to work well under tight deadline
- Excellent communication skill
- Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Able to work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment
- Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills

Economic Capital Manager (ECM)
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop economic capital models and regular report
- Perform analysis and simulation of economic capital
- ALCO report enhancement
- Execution bonds for bank’s investment and approved securities for customer’s related transaction
- Maintain compliance to securities issuers and counterparty limits
- Establish and maintain policy and procedure related tasks
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Having experience 4 (four) years in Assets and Liability Management and Treasury activities
- Having experience in Credit Risk modeling and calculation
- Having experience in risk components, such as: market risk, operational risk etc
- Having knowledge in BASEL regulations
- Self driven, tough, result and target oriented, practical
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and motivate team members without direct authority
- Able to work well under tight deadline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Fund Transfer Pricing Manager (FTPM)
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop Fund Transfer Pricing requirements involve in related system development process
- Coordinate Fund Transfer Pricing socialization with business unit and implementation
- Develop related policy and procedure
- Day to day Fund Transfer Pricing management and report ALCO secretary
- Active discussion with business units budgeting process using Fund Transfer Pricing approach
- ALCO report enhancement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Having experience 4 (four) years in Assets and Liability Management and Fund Transfer Pricing with proven exposures
- Strong knowledge of treasury product
- Self driven, tough, result and target oriented, practical
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and motivate team members without direct authority
- Able to work well under tight deadline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Head or Senior Treasury Project Management (TPM)
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead Treasury system implementation process
- Develop and lead Fund Transfer Pricing implementation that meets Treasury requirements
- Develop and lead other Treasury projects related to enhancing Treasury functions and or central banks requirements
- Staff development
- Enhance technical capabilities within Project Management team
- Develop and regularly update related policies and procedures
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university, major in MIS or IT is preferred
- Having experience 5 (five) years in project management in Indonesian financial markets especially Treasury Systems, e.g: Opics+
- Strong knowledge of treasury product
- Self driven, tough, result and target oriented, practical
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and motivate team members without direct authority
- Able to work well under tight deadline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
