Responsibilities:
- Gathering & Documenting Business Requirement
- Analyze and document business processes
- To liaise & communicate with internal customers, project teams & vendors to ensure smooth information flow and project progress.
- Day to day management of change requests in relation to the projects plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met
- To manage application testing process (unit test, functional test, stress test, user acceptance test,…etc)
- Collaborate with development team and any third party to provide production support for end users
- 2+ years work experience as Business Analyst
- 3 + years IT work experience.
- Experience interacting directly with end users
- Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting business processes
- Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems
- Experience with Oracle package
- Experience with multi-national and manufacturing company is a plus
- Responsible and proactive
- Good command of written English; good speaking English
