Task & Responsibility
- To develop employee’s knowledge and technical & soft skill
- To develop the knowledge management concept & program
- To provide technical training module & soft skill training program
- To run the dairy college program (technical & soft skill)
- To give training about modules related to Managing Manufacturing Performance (MMP), Capacity Management, Production System, Cleaning Inspection Lubrication Adjustment (CILA), Factory System, Performance Measurement, and KPI Scorecard Training
- To coordinate internal & external benchmarking program
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Food Technology / Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in leading production (as supervisor / production manager / engineering)
- Have the experience working in food industry (dairy industry is more preferable)
- Age between 26-30 years old
- Have strong leadership
- Systematic in working
