Recruitment & Training Analyst (HR)

Responsible for:
  • Managing & maintaining recruitment process
  • Analyzing and Facilitating Training delivery
  • Improve overall process based on data and fact to achieve HR support and service excellence
Jobs Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree (GPA min. 2.75) from reputable university
  • Max. 27 years old
  • Min. 1 year experience in Recruitment or Training
  • Strong academic background from any disciplines
  • Energetic, having business sense & drive for result
  • Proven leadership skill in extracurricular activities
  • Proficient in English
