Requirements:
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Bachelor (S1) degree in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering from reputable university, with GPA > 3.00 (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position, preferably in Food Industry
- Quality Monitoring of food/ beverage products
- Technical experience in quantitative and qualitative sensory research and applications in consumer studies
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Computer literate, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other statistic software/ program
- Working closely with Product Development team and Quality Assurance in recommending and executing sensory evaluations of existing and innovative products through internal and external panels and product test.
- Responsible for developing new sensory evaluation tests and for reviewing, analyzing and applying suitable statistical methods for product test in order to define and propose sensory objectives for new product developments and modification of existing product portfolio to meet business requirements.
