Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to Board of Directors, the key responsibilities include:
- Managing audits and investigations into regulatory and compliance issues
- Designing and implementing internal controls, policies and procedures to assure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations
- Tracks laws and regulations that might affect the organisation's policies
- Responding to requests for information from regulatory bodies
- May work with external auditors to help reconcile discrepancies or support the external auditing function
- Prepares compliance reports to present to management
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree (S-1)
- At least 3 years’ industry experience with some management exposure
- Must have internal audit experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably male
