Catering Sales Executive SALES & MARKETING

Requirements :
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the hotel industry
  • Able to liaise effectively with designated market segment accounts
  • Knowledge of market segment
  • Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • High Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.
  • Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Strong Team Player.
  • Able to work concentrated and effective under pressure.
  • Must possess ability to coordinate with multiple tasks.
  • Excellent English and Indonesian communication skills both written/verbal.

Assistant Catering Manager (FOOD AND BEVERAGE)

Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree holder in hospitality management.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' relevant experience in Restaurant Management in an international luxury hotel group of which at least 2-3 years' experience at a senior management level.
  • Proven experience in the luxury hospitality or service industry is required.
  • Sound experience in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Restaurant operations with in-depth knowledge of sequence of service.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, proactive communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent administration and planning skills.
  • Proactive, customer-oriented, flexible and creative.
  • Effectively communicate vision and purpose for the division.
  • Result-driven, sound business acumen.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of Info genesis system is an advantage.
  • High level of fluency in professional written and spoken Indonesian and English.

Requirements :
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Minimum one year experience in a secretarial/administrative function. Experience with legal administration is preferable.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software Applications.
  • Strong Level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong organizational and proactive communication skills.
  • Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Strong Team Player, enthusiastic to learn and accomplish the Finance Department & Mandarin Oriental Overall Goals.
  • Able to work concentrated and effective under pressure.

  • Proficient in written and spoken Indonesian and English
Cost Controller (FINANCE)

Requirements :
  • Bachelors degree
  • Three + years experience in Hospitality Accounting
  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, receiving and storage procedures, and its production
  • Working knowledge of computer software to include inventory maintenance & All Windows applications, Moretein Bay and SUN Back Office will be an advantage
  • Strong Level of Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
Account Payable (FINANCE)

Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Current and up to date Certified Taxation Training.
  • At least two years experience in Accounting, thorough understanding of purchasing and receiving procedures.
  • Working knowledge of computer software to include SUN Systems & All Windows applications.
  • Strong level of proficiency in Excel.
  • Effective management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Strong Team Player, enthusiastic to learn and accomplish the Finance Department & Mandarin Oriental Overall Goals.
  • Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work concentrated and effective under pressure.
  • Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Indonesia and English.
