Task & Responsibility
- To plan and monitor A & P program implementation
- To coordinate and organize team during the implementation of program to ensure all process are being done according to standard
- To directly monitor & analyze the result, and take necessary action if needed
- To make fast & accurate CMO, and also to monitor distributor during the making of fast & accurate CMO
- To analyze market trend and competitor activities
- Male, 35-40 years old
- Minimum education: Bachelor degree
- Minimum two years experiences as Manager Sales or five years experiences as Supervisor Sales (preferable from Consumer Goods company)
- Able to plan appropriate and accurate sales planning
- Have good knowledge about CMO
- Have the ability to lead & monitor effectively
- Willing to be located in all sales area
