Narogong Community Relations Officer

Job Title : Narogong Community Relations Officer
Location : Narogong

Scope of works :
This position is responsible to build and maintain reputable company image and the company relationship with communities nearby the Narogong Plant, NGO’s, and Local Government.

Requirements:
  • Education : University Graduate (S1) + 2 year exp
  • Experiences : Experience as community organize/leader in social organizations
  • Computer Literate : MS Office
  • Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
Other qualifications :
  • Leadership skills, Good social, culture and community knowledge, Human being relationship skills, Communication and interpersonal skills, Public relation skills.
  • Proper empathy knowledge within good attention and interest in the community with the benefit for and the interest of the corporate,
  • Knowledge of the relevant rules and legislations, the situation of political, Social and economical in the current condition, the local culture.
  • General knowledge of the cement manufacturing process and audio visual usage
  • Good problem solving skills, reporting writing skills in bahasa Indonesia and English
Tax Superintendent

Job Title : Tax Superintendent
Location : Head Office

Scope of works:
  • Responsible for the planning, analysis and evaluation of complex financial and taxation aspects of PTHI Corporate business operations; developing financial procedures and recommending changes to existing policy that have tax implications to ensure maximum tax savings enjoyed by the company.
  • Recommending planning the application of resources in the responsible unit; developing current and long range plans of the unit being overseen to enable an optimum output achieved.
  • Decisions have significant effect on meeting overall objectives and success of department and own project.
  • Ensure all transactions that have tax implications are properly processed / recorded and their tax returns are filed in line with Indonesian tax regulations
Requirements:
  • Education : University degree in accountancy from a reputable university
  • Experiences :
  • Minimum five years experience in accounting and or taxation preferably in a multinational and or public listed company or international accounting firm
  • Has solid experience in managing team-work
  • Used to work in a tight dead – lines and high pressure
  • Computer Literate : Microsoft office and Integrated Financial system (SAP)
  • Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
  • Other qualifications :
  • Good report writing skill in Bahasa (oral & written)
  • Excellent accounting and tax knowledge
  • Knowledge of IT based accounting system and applications
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Has the ability to defend our position / explain our process in front of / to tax officer tactfully
Assistant to RMX & Aggregates Director

Job Title : Assistant to RMX & Aggregates Director
Location : Head Office

Scope of works:
  • The main function of the Assistant to RMX & Aggregates Director is to provide assistance support to RMX & Aggregates Director in Managing and Developing RMX & Aggregates Directorate business in Holcim Indonesia through out involving in many projects, providing valuable data analysis and working together with other Directors and Managers for a specific area of concerns.
  • The focus is on monitoring improvement of concerns are in place to avoid delay and for sustainable reason. Implementing RMX & Aggregates Director new ideas and ensure the ideas will be exist shortly and follow by good implementation.
Requirements:
  • Education : Bachelor degree (S1) from all disciplines, Post Graduate in Business Management/Finance would be an advantage, Engineer background will be pleasant to joint ( not mandatory)
  • Experiences :
  • Minimum 5 years in middle managerial level.
  • Minimum 3 years in concrete business.
  • Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes
  • Language : Good command of English, both oral & written
  • Other qualifications :
  • Good exposure to Cement & RMX business operation
  • Leadership imperative.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Effective time management & people management.
  • SAP fluent user
  • Analytical skill
  • Reporting friendly
  • Has good eyes for details
