To support our programs, we are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of:Responsible Forestry Coordinator
Report to : Indonesia Forest & Trade Network Coordinator
Location : Jakarta Office
Job Mission
- To build mutual relationship in particular with forest concessions in the Heart of Borneo and beyond to instate step wise approaches to certification program
- To ensure that forest participants of Indonesia-FTN in natural, plantation and community forest are implementing the agreed action plans towards credible certification and sustainable forest management
- To ensure that the market enquiries from GFTN and other market links facilitation are responded timely
- Education : At least bachelor degree (preferably in environmental management, forest management, natural resource management or relevant fields and other support knowledge such as marketing, communication)
- Experience : At least 5 years in certification and/or sustainable forest management experience and/or market and international trade. A plus will be previous USAID or NGO experience
- Skills and Abilities:
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and work accurately under time constraints
- Initiative, ability to complete work with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability of managing multiple projects
- Ability of managing multiple deadlines
Grants and Contracts Manager
Report to : Senior Manager Finance
Location : Jakarta Office
Major Function
To provide support to Senior Manager Finance, Operations Director and Director Programs and other budget holders in financial and administration of the grant and reporting system and ensure its compliance with prevailing WWF global policy and procedures, donor requirements and general accounting standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Education/Experience : A bachelor degree in Finance or accounting with a minimum of three years relevant experience. Familiar with some donor reports requirements will be an advantage. A plus will be previous USAID or NGO experience
