Assistant Tax Manager (ATM)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible to assist the Tax Manager in their day-to-day activities in managing taxation and relationship with Tax Office and Authorities:
  • Prepares complete tax report to the Tax Office
  • Prepares Tax analysis to utilize the possibilities of monthly / annual tax returns, tax remittance, etc.
  • Liase and correspondence with the Tax Office and Authorities to manage relationship and tax issues
  • Ensures tax liabilities are accurately determined and paid as scheduled
Requirements:
  • Holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance, or Accounting, or Tax from overseas or accredited Top Universities in Jakarta with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum age of 28 years old and maximum age of 34 years old
  • Minimum 5 years managing tax in large scale corporation / multinationals
  • Preferably holds a CPA
  • Holds Tax Brevet A & B Certification
  • Comprehend with Advanced Microsoft Office's functions
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Understands Korean is a plus
Junior Legal (LGL)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent would assist day-to-day activities of Legal Manager that consist of but not limited to:
  • Legal Compliance
  • Drafting Contract
  • Resolve Legal Issues
  • Representing Company in Court
  • Works with External Lawyer
Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years managing corporate legal aspects such as licenses, business contract, etc.
  • Experienced in developing an effective corporate contract
  • Experienced as a liaison to the related government bodies
  • Experienced in managing litigation
  • Minimum education is a degree (S1) in Law with minimum GPA of 2.75 from a TOP public and private university in Indonesia
  • Having a good command of English
  • Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with employees and third party
  • Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications
  • Smart, team player, honest, hardworker and dependable
  • Sufficient skills to listen and ascertain the needs of employees, ability to find and communicate accurate information concerning process, policies and procedures to employees and third party, ability to respond to problems tactfully and courteously
Assistant HR Manager - Recruitment & Admin (AHRM)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent would assist the Corporate HR Manager to manage day-to-day HR Manager activities that includes but not limited to recruitment and selection, general affairs management, and HR administration.

Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate would posses these following criterias:
  • Male / Female with maximum age of 28 years old
  • Graduated from prominent university in Jakarta, preferably has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology with GPA of 3.00
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Comprehend with advanced Ms-Office functions
  • Having a good command of English in written and verbal
