Responsibilities:
Job Purpose
To assist Head of Instrumentation in maintenance activities of field instruments, DCS, PLC programming, analyzers and calibrations. Should be able to troubleshoot instrumentation related problems.
Job environment
2 x 30 MW Captive Power Plant consisting of two 100 TPH capacity high-pressure coal fired boilers and two steam driven turbines. The main plant is controlled by Foxboro I/A series DCS and has numerous PLC subsystems. Woodward governors, machine monitoring system and MMIs. Field instrumentation include various makes of MOVs, VFDs, Analyzers, Control Valves and Cylinders.
Requirements:
S1 Engineering in Instrumentation/ Electrical with 1 – 3 years in Instrumentation field
Age around 24 – 26 years old
Special skill required :
- Exposure to PLCs
- DCS
- Calibration
- Control logics
- Troubelshooting of Logics, Circuits and Control.
- Job Planning

- PM Schedules
- Spare Indenting
- Well conversant in operating computer, Ms. Office.
- English proficiency both writing and speaking is an advantage to the candidate.
