Job desctiption :
- Koperasi, Medical, ID card, L/U (COS) deduction
- Salary processing
- Monthly salary report
- Checking salary claim
- Income tax calculation (Pph-21) & Jamsostek
- Packing cash money
- Control employment status (permanent, etc) in HR system
- Edit - changing of employees' marital status
- Payroll administration problems solving
- Male/Female, age 24 – 30
- Holding Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major
- Able to speaks & writes English fluently
- Having sufficient understanding in Human Resources, especially for payroll & database
- Having experience in payroll at manufacturing company with total employee more than 3.000, would be an advantage
- Good understanding about labour regulation, tax (PPH 21), and Jamsostek
- Communicative, good analytical thinking, good Interpersonal skill and strong leadership.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to learn and work hard.
- Available on working over time.
- Work placement in Cikarang.
