In order to reinforce our Commercial team we are creating the following position :

DRAFTER / DRAUGHTMAN
( JOB REFERENCE : “DF” )

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To make a precise drawing design for machine spare parts or machine constructions
• To re-draw existing machine spare parts or constructions as a technical specification
• To ensure that all technical drawing designs for machine spare parts or machine constructions proposed are properly followed and implemented in the received spare parts or machine constructions
• To ensure that the materials used in all in-coming spare parts or machine constructions are according to the specifications
• Parts list / BOM construction
• Development of existing products and new product innovation and conception
• Experience with electrical systems such as inverters and PLC and their uses (not actual programming)
• Inertia, stress calculations, torque, bearing loads, etc

REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of Mechanical AutoCAD 2D and 3D drawing systems,
• Proven track record in design and detail of special purpose machinery (Min. 3 years experience),
• Estimating capability,
• Excellent communication skills for liaison with customers, the shop floor and suppliers,
• Can do attitude,
• Ability to work in a team environment,
• Capable of working on your own initiative,
• STM,
• Female/male, 26 - 30 years old,
• IT literate.
