WWF-Indonesia is an independent member of WWF, the global conservation organization, that operating close to 100 countries worldwide. WWF-Indonesia is registered under the Indonesia law and operates with 23 offices in 14 provinces, with the vision to conserve Indonesia’s biodiversity for the well being of present and future generations. To support our programs, we are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of:

LEGAL MANAGER

Responsibilities :
  • To be person in-charge of the legal issues and its daily operations for the organization and its associated parties with worldwide presence.
  • To set-up appropriate mechanism to actively regulate/monitor/scan potential or imminent inherited risk and exposure from legal aspects of the global business operations of the company and its associated companies.
  • To work closely with the organization’s appointed local legal counsel.
  • To be the chief liaison officer in representing the organization to all external parties e.g., government officials, regulatory, agency, and etc on all legal and associated matters.
  • To assist/advise/recommend solution/s to other functional departments within the organization e.g., Marketing or Finance depts. especially on matter pertaining to legality, regulatory and statutory requirements of specific locality for new business venture as well as current business operations.
  • To set up a recording/filing system with proper segregation according to case type, progress status, datelines and etc.
  • To make proper application and follow ups on all organization requirement from legality point of view such as license, permit, companies Acts, statutory and regulatory constraints on foreign shareholding ship, taxes and etc
Requirements :
  • University degree, ideally, in Law related field.
  • Qualified lawyer and Membership of the bar of a recognized legal jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Mature and compose with sound management skill in handling ad-hoc ground challenges and its subset of complications.
  • Knowledgeable and competent with prominent legal frameworks and practices on global scale.
  • A common sense approach to work in a legal environment.
  • Ability to advise and assist company executives in negotiation, drafting and implementation of documentation.
  • Good interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mature, firm and confident.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work essential.
GA COORDINATOR

Responsibilities :
  • Manage office logistics and assets (incl. purchasing, facility administration, office assets administration).
  • Ensure efficient running of office administrative services (incl. office facilities, security and cleaning service provider).
  • Ensure that all facility infra structure is properly maintained.
  • Evaluate, recommend and direct implementation of security needs.
  • Serve as liaison for organization procurement for non-inventory items.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Strong people and communications skills; possess the ability to report and communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Possess a working understanding of general administration concepts.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office, with an emphasis on Visio and Project.
  • Strong attention to detail.
HSE COORDINATOR

Responsibilities :
  • Coaching, leading and influencing the HSE professionals in the organization meet Environmental, Safety, and Health strategies and objectives.
  • Designing, implementing and improving the health, safety and environmental programs.
  • Responsible for leading and guiding the site management in injury and illness prevention; sustainability, conservation practices and compliance with local, federal and company requirements.
  • Executes HSE regulatory responsibilities for the organization
  • Conducts staff training to ensure complete dissemination of information; assigns official HSE functions and assists departments in the understanding and execution of their role within the Organization setting. Provides training, including Hazard Communication, Injury Illness Prevention Disaster Preparedness, CPR & First Aid, Emergency Response & 1st Responder, Respiratory Protection, Hearing Protection, Bio-Safety, etc.
  • Documents all EHS activity for audit purposes; interprets Safety regulations and develops formal protocol for compliance; develops organization policy and enforcement measures.
  • Conducts ergonomic evaluations and training, compiles information, recommends corrective measures, reports summaries and findings, proposes ergonomic equipment selection and long term plans and programs for the Organization.
Requiremets :
  • University degree, ideally, in related field.
  • Certification in HSE related issues.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • A common sense approach to work in a HSE working environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work essential.
