In Chemical business, Merck markets a whole range of laboratory reagents, pigments and other specialty chemicals.

To accelerate our growing business, we are looking for candidates as:

Customer Relations Supervisor (CRS)

Responsibilities:

• Creating good relation and services with customers & prospect customers
• Responsible for maintain and monitor clear information and communication due to export and local sales process
• Supervising inventory and material maintenance for export and local sales
• Monitoring deliveries & working together with logistic team, to ensure routine deliveries
• Maintaining forecast for export and local sales
• Prepare a summary monthly evaluation report on services issues

Qualification:

• Male/ Female
• Bachelor degree in any disciplines (pharmacy preferred)
• Having 2-5 years working experience in pharmaceutical or FCMG industry
• Proactive and Detail minded

Experience and Skill:

• Having experience in SAP or Scalla operation (is a plus)
• Having exposure in related field, such as: SCM, Finance, & Sales
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Good command in English (oral and written)
• Good interpersonal and communication skill

Material Planning Assistant Manager (MP-AM)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Supplier Relation Performance calculation, analysis, discussion & development of relationship (intercompany)
• Ensure that all material arrive or available according to agreed timeline
• Follow up the complaint report and ensure that all damaged or returned material are maintained properly (intercompany)
• Take initiate for Cost saving/ Cost Reduction programmed.
• MRP & Materials checking & validation

Requirements:

• Male/ Female
• Bachelor degree in any disciplines
• Having 5-10 years working experience in pharmaceutical or FCMG industry
• Good planning & organizing
• Proactive and Detail minded

Experience and Skill

• Having experience in SAP or iScalla operation
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• Good negotiation & presentation skill
• Good command in English (oral and written)
