Account Representative for Office Products
(AR-OP)

You will be responsible to conduct sales penetration in Office Market, to execute sales pipeline and close tracking, to launch Marketing and Sales program, to build and maintain good relationship with Channel Partners and to create Sales Promotion Program. You will also have to work with distributors or setting up a new distribution channel to maximize sales coverage and to provide better customer services.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any background with minimum of 3 years selling experience in the relevant market;
  • Having strong understanding of the Office supplies sales channels such as: General Trade or Modern Market;
  • Result oriented person, aggressive and able to accomplish the work under limited supervision;
  • Good command of English for both verbal and written;
  • Computer Literate.
Sourcing Section Head (SO)

The Job :
  • This function has been tasked to fully concentrate on prioritizing overseas and local outsourcing activities to increase contribution to the company’s sales growth. It’s tasked to capitalize on high potential outsourcing opportunities coming from our project hopper and our networking projects within the region, APAC and 3M worldwide.
  • Overall management of the locally manufactured and converted products in contract manufacturing sites including – contract agreement, reporting, performance management, quality and process improvements, and cost reduction projects.
  • Cost effective sourcing of imported non-3M, inter company and local finished goods to help sales growth – increase contribution of local and outsourced products as a percent to total company sales.
  • Cost effective procurement of non-inventory item including services to ensure flawless business operation.
  • Actively participate and contribute to sourcing initiatives outside APAC Global Commodity Team and 3M SSEA Networking (Outsourcing) Team.
  • Supervise the operations of the outsourcing and contract manufacturing team to support the growth initiatives and closely work with product quality, research & development team.
  • Support all corporate initiatives – Six Sigma, Acceleration, eProductivity, Sourcing and Indirect Cost – drive them in all our operations and collaborate with our suppliers, contract manufacturers, and service providers to mutually benefit from aforementioned.
Minimum Requirement :
  • Business Administration or Engineering Graduate from a reputable university
  • 4 years working experience in purchasing, contract management and negotiations
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills, good presentation skills, above average computer literacy, good negotiation skills, and high ethical standards
  • Strong in project Management
